Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been an extremely popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was among the richest and most affluent. In the cult film of the same name Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records in 1996 where the first album he put out was like Father Like Son. He has also released a number of singles, like Judge Not with Patra as well as Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts), the Who the Cap Fit remix and Sensimelia. The majority of them contributed to the rising popularity of Ky among the younger generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani, along with Praswell as well as Fugees (as members of Avenue) is a huge rendition of a cover of Eddy Grant called Electric Avenue was released in the year 1997.
